The academic session runs from 1st July to 31st May.
Extended stay beyond this period requires prior approval and applicable fees.
Admission Process
Admission during summer (April–June) does not ensure continuation into the new academic year.

Eligibility
Maximum 5-year stay allowed per student; no further extension for professional or employment reasons.
Internship-based students (CA/Medical/Engineering) are eligible.
Working students are not allowed to stay.
Payment Terms
Admission is confirmed only after full payment via RTGS/NEFT/UPI (PhonePe, GPay).
Cash payments are not accepted.
All transactions must be done through student/parent's bank account.
No refund of fees under any circumstance (including suspension or voluntary exit).
Room Allotment

Notarized Declaration
After admission, every student must submit a notarized declaration accepting the rules.

Document Submission
Submit Aadhaar (student) and PAN (parent/guardian) at the time of admission.
Delays require an undertaking and attract fines: ₹1000 (up to 10 days late), ₹5000 (up to end of the month).
Non-submission may lead to admission cancellation without refund.
Hostel Absenteeism
Students absent for more than 5 consecutive days without notice may forfeit their room.
Entry denied if students fail to report back on time after leave.
Accommodation Policy
Room keys or biometric access will be provided by the Warden at the time of admission.
Students are personally responsible for their belongings and valuables. These must be securely stored in locked cupboards.
The hostel is not responsible for any loss or theft due to negligence.
Changing locks or duplicate key-making is not allowed without official permission.
Entry into other students' rooms is strictly prohibited, especially after 10:30 PM.
Unauthorized room changes are not permitted.
If a student is absent for more than 5 days without intimation, the room may be reallocated to another moving student.
When the student is absent for a long period of time, the place shall be allocated to a moving student with authorization of higher authority
Repeated absenteeism or violation of rules may result in suspension or rustication.
Anti-Ragging Policy
Ragging in any form is strictly banned and considered a criminal offense.
Students involved in ragging will face immediate expulsion and may be subject to legal action.
Being a silent spectator or not reporting ragging is also punishable.

Anonymity of complainants will be strictly respected.
Daily Schedule
Morning activities begin with prayer and roll call at 6:30 AM.
Meal times are fixed – breakfast, lunch, tea/snacks, dinner, and milk at night.
Entry deadlines: Girls – 8:45 PM, Boys – 9:45 PM.
Evening prayer is held at 9:30 PM and is compulsory for all students.
Entry, Exit & Leave Policy
Students must use the access control system for all entries and exits.
Entry after 9:45 PM is strictly prohibited without valid and pre-approved reason.
Students must carry a valid ID card at all times. Failure to show it may lead to denied entry.
False information, misconduct at the gate, or arguments with staff or security can lead to suspension or legal action.
Leave must be formally applied for using the prescribed form, signed by student and parent/guardian.
Unauthorized leave, or staying out overnight without permission, will attract fines and disciplinary action.
Monthly fees remain payable even during periods of leave.
Food & Mess Policy
Only pure vegetarian Jain food is served. Meals include regular Indian fare with milk and snacks.
Special dinners (with sweet dish) are served once a week.
Food is served as per schedule only; no pre-packing or reserving is allowed.
Complaints must be written in the mess register; verbal complaints will not be considered.
Cooking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
Outside food (pizza, burgers, etc.) is not allowed inside the campus.
Ordering food online is prohibited. Students may eat outside but must return before 9:30 PM.
Items like onion, garlic, and root vegetables are forbidden, respecting Jain dietary principles.
Food wastage is discouraged and may attract fines.
Resource Conservation
Students must use electricity and water responsibly.
Hot water is provided during fixed hours and misuse is not tolerated.
Fans, lights, and electrical equipment must be switched off when not in use.
Any damage due to negligence will be recovered from the student.
Visitor Policy
Visitors are allowed only in designated areas between 10 AM and 6 PM, with prior permission.
Female visitors are not allowed in the boys’ hostel and male visitors in the girls’ hostel.
Parents are not allowed inside rooms, except at the time of admission or in medical emergencies.
Meeting visitors outside the gate or without permission is not allowed.

Medical Assistance
Students must carry their own medication and doctor’s reports if they have pre-existing medical conditions.
In case of illness, the institution will assist in taking the student to a hospital and inform the local guardian, but medical expenses are the guardian's responsibility.
The institution is not liable for any medical emergency or outcomes including natural death, accident, or suicide.
If a student is diagnosed with a contagious disease, they must immediately notify the Warden and vacate the hostel if a doctor certifies risk to others.
Induction & PCSDC Program
All newly admitted students must attend the Induction, Orientation, and Personality & Communication Skill Development Course (PCSDC) during their first term.
Failure to attend the program may result in forfeiture of the PCSDC deposit and non-renewal of admission in the next term.
Participation in national festivals, guest lectures, and institutional events is compulsory.
Dress Code
Students must be neatly and modestly dressed when outside their rooms or attending formal events.
Prescribed uniform: Girls: White Punjabi dress with red dupatta; Boys: White shirt/T-shirt with blue jeans.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Students are responsible for keeping their rooms, corridors, and surroundings clean.
Clothes must not be dried on furniture or in public areas; violators may have their clothes confiscated.

Trash must be segregated into wet and dry waste and disposed of in designated bins.
The hostel employs a housekeeping agency for common area cleaning; however, students must maintain their rooms.
Personal items should be kept organized, and beds should be made daily by the student.
Use of Electrical Appliances
Students are not allowed to use electrical gadgets such as heaters, irons, or kettles in the hostel.
Only laptops are permitted.
Unauthorized appliances found during inspection will be confiscated, and action may be taken.
Code of Conduct
Students must carry their ID card at all times.

Participation in hostel activities, including mess committee, cultural, academic, and floor management, is expected.
Students must read notices and follow instructions issued via notice boards, WhatsApp groups, or email.
Participation in Open House meetings every two months and other institutional programs with 80% attendance is mandatory.
Photography, audio/video recording, or sharing of hostel images is strictly banned and may result in criminal charges and expulsion.
Any damaged property due to negligence must be paid for by the student.
The institute is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables due to negligence.
Disciplinary Action
Misbehavior, disturbance, gambling, political or communal activities are strictly prohibited.
Possession or consumption of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, pan masala, or any banned substances is forbidden.
Violators will face strict disciplinary and legal action, including rustication and police involvement.
Use of media to speak on behalf of the institution without permission is not allowed.
No pets are allowed inside the hostel.
Students must not employ staff for personal tasks or offer them gifts/tips.
Posting defamatory or disrespectful content online will result in strict penalties or expulsion.
Screening unauthorized media or violating cyber laws will result in legal action.
Riding a scooter/bike requires a valid license, helmet, and insurance.
Parents must attend meetings, and students must return from home leave by 7:00 PM.

Any violation may result in suspension or rustication, and fees will be forfeited.
Celebrations and Social Activities
Birthday or festival celebrations inside rooms or corridors are not allowed.
Celebrations, if permitted, must be in designated areas with prior permission and conducted quietly and respectfully.
Cakes or parties sent by parents/relatives are not allowed.
Violation will attract fines.
Renewal of Admission
Admission renewal will be done as per institutional policy and communicated in advance.
Students with CA articleship ending within 3 months of new term start will not be eligible.
The Management reserves the right to deny renewal in cases that may harm the institution’s reputation.
Exit Formalities
Students must vacate their rooms within 3 days of completing articleship, exams, or term end.
Failure to vacate in time will attract a daily penalty and forced removal.
Security deposit refunds will be processed within 90 days, only if all exit formalities are completed.
Unclaimed deposits after 90 days will be forfeited.
Disciplinary Actions & Penalties
Violation of hostel rules (leave misuse, late returns, property damage, ID card non-submission, etc.) will result in penalties and disciplinary action.
Repeated offenses or serious violations will be reported to parents, colleges, articleship firms, and may involve legal action.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Strict action will be taken for any misconduct, substance use, rule violations, or behavioral issues.
Offenses like ragging, destruction of property, bringing non-veg food, misusing electricity, violating curfew, and disturbing order will not be tolerated.
Students are expected to uphold discipline, honesty, and respect at all times.
