On Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., a felicitation ceremony was held at Shri Jain Oswal Boarding, Nashik, in honor of Shri Shantilalji Bhikamchandji Chhajed (popularly known as Bhausaheb) — Chartered Accountant, resident of Mumbai — and his wife Smt. Leelabai Shantilalji Chhajed.

Present on the occasion were their daughters Smt. Sujatatai Shroff, Dr. Sandesha Kothari, and Smt. Vaishali Chhajed, as well as Shri Subhashji Lunawat (former student of the institution and industrialist from Nigdi), Shri Satishji Lunkad and Shri Sandeepji Lunkad, noted social workers and industrialists.

Also in attendance were the office-bearers of the institution — Shri Sohanlalji Bhandari (President), Shri Shashikantji Parkh (Chief Secretary), Shri Ashokji Sakhala (Treasurer), Shri Sunilbhau Burad (Vice President), Shri Vinodji Bedmutha (Joint Secretary), Shri Ravindraji Parkh (Joint Secretary), Shri Sunilji Sankalecha, Shri Gautamji Chordia, Shri Pankajji Chaturmutha, Shri Maheshji Lodha, and Shri Narendraji Bora. The program commenced with the Navkar Mantra and a welcome song. Afterwards, the distinguished guests were welcomed with flowers presented by the senior students of the hostel.
